How can i create a page that will showcase all posts/news stories ever published.. from newest to oldest..
similar to how you have this page.. but it should show all news categories mixed together…..

Basically this is only limited by your creativity. You can use any blocks and grids to show ALL posts with the latest post sorting. You can choose any block and check it;s block settings. Each block has the latest sorting option which will bring all posts from the site. The page you showed is a category page that only uses a big grid 1 for the top grid element and then a you can use a block 4 to get that exact layout:
The first grid depending on the one you use, needs to have an offset of the posts it already displayed so they won;t be doubled in the second block element: http://screencast.com/t/FSfVFgjHmH and then add a block 4 beneath it.
