Create an opinion column ?

Any tips about how can i create an opinion section, just like this one : http://observador.pt/opiniao/ ?

Might be a plugin for that ? Check the WP theme repository?

Or you could create a custom commenting form for site and call that data into a custom taxonomy/category, then build custom page from those data fields.

Or, you might be able to build a custom page layout based on calling the comments form data in database.

Might need to hire a developer for that.
