I saw you have a Pro Prebuilt Website and we strongly recommend using only tagDiv Cloud Library with our theme (WP Bakery sometimes it can cause problems).

Also, you can create that menu with tagDiv Composer or you can import a menu that is like your menu from Cloud Templates => https://prnt.sc/10dgh3l
