Create new post problems.

I use Disable Gutenberg plugin (and have deactivated while going through these issues).

1. Create New Post.
2. NO option for a title. At all.
3. No VISUAL EDITOR at all.

Help?

Please note that this is not a Newspaper Theme request. You will have to contact wordpress in order to help you with this.

From what I know you should have now the classic editor plugin.
