In the above link, I have created a newsletter archive page manually, I want to create a newsletter archive page/ template, where newly added archives will come on top, the above page created using WP bakery and the sections included were single image and button.
So here the title also can have link to external link and image and buttons aswell.
PS: I’m not asking for code part, I need a help how can I do that in Tagdiv newspaper theme.

Hello, I feel you didn’t understand what I have asked for clearly.
I need to create a newsletter archive page, where image and button are updated every bi-weekly, and all should come on top.
It must be like a custom post type, but I don’t need single posts templates.
