Hi, I just created a custom header using the new tagdiv cloud libary (Newspaper 9.5) and saved it. When I returned back a few minutes later, it didn’t load. Instead it endless loads and shows the following:
Error at rows: 1(models) : 2(dom). The model does not match the content
Same when I try to load header template 12 from cloud library
Errors at columns: 1(models) : 3(dom). The model does not match the content

There are currently some issues we are investigating with the cloud header builder and manager.
It would be helpful if you could provide detailed steps describing what exactly you did before the issue happened. We will try and recreate the issue on our end. Please let us know.

Any idea when the header builder will be fixed? I was testing it out on my newspaper theme powered site and as soon as I imported a header template and tried to add something to it (I didn’t even save it in TD composer) it would make the page I placed it on not render and would just timeout. The way I fixed the issue so I could load my original header (not the one from the cloud library header manager) was to remove the “tdc_header_template_id” custom field value from the page in the wp backend and then update the page there. It then reverts back to load the page on the front-end fine but with my site’s original (non header manager built) header.

The header manager works fine. There is nothing to fix from our side. Please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate why you cannot use the header manager.
