I am trying to make a simple Contact page …
1. I create new page
2. Click on TagDiv Composer
3. Click Load Template
4. I chose a cool “Get in Touch – Wine” template.
5. I get no contact fields, it fails with [wpforms id=”4244″ title=”false” description=”false”]
How to correct and proceed please ?

Hi,
Please notice that you’ll need to have some plugins for forms in order to use contact page, for the Get in Touch – Wine” template you’ll need to use the WPForms plugin please make sure that you configure the wpForms link in documentation -> https://wpforms.com/
