Hello, I just purchased the software a few hours ago. I get a 404 error as well as the error message:
Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z).
It seems as though tagdiv is trying to create a draft page and from there I’m able to access the page builder. However once I’m in that route I can’t seem to drag or drop any elements.

Please tell me where it only appears on one page or the entire site. Did you add any code or elements from another plugin?

The error appears whenever I try to create a new page. Also what’s happening is that I can’t seem to drag and drop elements at all. I’m not using a child theme at this point. The site is a new instance, so the only thing that’s on there moreless are the plugins that came with the software. I’ve added and disabled the classic editor, classic widgets. Still no dice. Help!

Email with access sent. The only thing that’s on there now is the theme. You are welcome to add demo content if you like to test. The instance is currently a development site.
