So, criminals, copycats are detecting newspaper theme in WP detector similar tools and copying our design, style, posts on their site. This is a serious issue and can someone please tell us how can we hide theme, plugin details in such tools.

Unfortunately this I don’t think you can avoid. Anyone who wants to have a website like yours can have. Either using Newspaper Theme, either coding it, other themes with similar layouts.
