Critical Error when activiating Tagdiv cloud library and composer

Hi,

Fresh WP install and site and receiving critical error when I activate both plugins. I can activate one but not both without the error

Tried activating manually and via the Newspaper plugin page (which said ajax error)

Debug log says this:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘array’ (T_ARRAY), expecting function (T_FUNCTION) or const (T_CONST) in /home/wwwcypruswedding/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_resources_load.php on line 8
