Hi Guys,

When I click “Appearance > Customise” I get the error below, to debug I’ve all plugins turn off, only when I enabled “tagDiv Composer” it happens. All other plugins are fine. How do we fix this?

Hello,

Please do a test using only tagdiv plugins without any plugins installed and activated.
Also, what theme, WordPress, and PHP versions do you have?

Thank you!

As mentioned, I’ve tested this with only tagdiv plugins and it happens when “tagDiv Composer” is the only plugin. It’s php8.2. Latest everything.

Here’s the system status:

Hi,

I would like to take a look. Could you please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide us with the wp-admin and FTP/cPanel access? Also, I would like to inform you that during the investigation, we will disable the non-tagDiv plugins.

Thank you!
