Good morning.
Since last Saturday, we’ve been experiencing a critical error on our website caused by your theme. I am confident this issue was not caused on our end, as we haven’t uploaded any new content in the past week. We are an online course company currently focused on recording new materials.
The URL is https://conciliafacil.es, and please allow me to explain that we are an online campus run by a non-governmental organization dedicated to helping vulnerable people. This makes it more urgent than ever to have this issue resolved as soon as possible.
WordPress itself is indicating that the problem lies with your Newspaper theme. We’ve accessed the admin panel in recovery mode, and it is clearly pointing to an error in one of the theme’s lines of code. We kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible, as this situation is very urgent.
I look forward to hearing from you.
This is the message I’m seeing:

Thank you
Hi,
Something has happening there, because if evirating was working and nothing has been added install, edited, upgraded on the website the problem shouldn’t appear.
If you want us to resolve the problem for you we’ll need wp-admin access to your website and FTP or cPanel access, those needs to be provided via email at contact@tagdiv.com also you need to have a valid license key with a valid support period, if the support period is not valid you’ll need to extend it.
Nor related to the problem, most of the time this can appear do to some changes to code in plugins or themes, plugins conflict that are interfering with the theme or other plugins (usually can be checked in error log or using the debug mode)
Thank you!
Thank you very much for your advice. I followed it, re-downloaded the theme from Themeforest, installed it, and everything is working fine except for one detail: I see the words ‘Tag Div Composer Draft’ on the homepage and I can’t figure out how to remove them. How can I do it? Thank you very much
