Critical WordPress Error with Php 8.x and website search field

Hello,

I updated a few days ago my PHP version to 8.1 and I just noticed that the search field on my blog was getting me a critical wordpress error when clicked.
So I downgraded my site to PHP 8.0 => same problem
So I downgraded my site to PHP 7.4 => it works

Is it possible that the theme search function is not working with PHP 8.x ?

I have Newspaper 12.6.5.

Site is https://byothe.fr (and is now back to PHP 7.4).

Hello,

We have made tests using this PHP version, and this error has not happened. Can you please do a test on a staging website and let only tagdiv plugins be activated to see if you can reproduce the issue?

It took me a while but I set up a staging environnement…
I can confirm that the problem seems to come from a plugin and not the theme…

I found the culprit : it’s Rank Math SEO with AI Best SEO Tools
