When I press the CSS analyzer my website loads for a short while, than puts up a white screen and than just refreshes the page again, but it never shows a pop up or something to analyze the CSS.
I have tried uninstalling all other plugins but that doesn’t seem to block it.
I am using Chrome.
Anybody has an idea what I’m doing wrong?

Hi,
Most of the time this problem was caused by untested plugins, please make a test and see if the CSS Analyzer is working if you use only tagDiv plugins.

Thank you for answering, but as stated in my first message, I already tried doing this, but even with only the tagdiv cloud library, tagdiv composer, tagdiv opt-in builder and tagdiv standard pack plugins active the CSS analyser does give the same results, only a white screen for a short time.

We need to investigate what settings were made to cause that problem and if you are agreed to send us on email – WP admin link access and credentials at contact@tagdiv.com ( please make a full backup to all files and the database before sending the email). Include a link to this topic in the email.
Also, you know we will do a test only with tagDiv plugins, and the other plugins will be disabled.
