I was making a “Our Team” page with the default available page templates in Newspaper theme. First to test I published it privately and tested the images with CSS Animation and it worked great.
But, when I published it publicly and checked it in Google Chrome incognito mode, the images(CSS Animation enabled) didn’t come, whereas the images without Animation came. Then I thought that it must be a problem with incognito mode. So, I tried to view the page on Google Chrome in the logged in session, still the problem persists. Well, to be honest, I again tried switching it to privately published. And, the Animation work again!
If CSS Animation works, why it is being affected by the public and private mode of publishing. Can you give me a possible explanation or its a common problem?

I also checked this on Chrome (logged in/out, incognito) and did not found any issues with it. Please check this without any plugins active except of just Visual Composer, clear cache and see if you still have issues with it.
