I want to customize my contact form 7 with a CSS code. Can you tell me where I can put the code?

Hi,

The code can be entered in the theme panel as well. Create the code as you want and enter it there.

That is the place, the custom CSS section. You can enter your code after the one you have currently.
The Advanced CSS sections are meant to be used if you want the code to apply for specific view ports. For example if you would like that code to apply only for desktop, and use a different one for tablets.
