Is there any Custom CSS code I could use so my 1st Ad only shows after my 1st paragraph?

The only option available is to use the inline ads that come with tagDiv Composer as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/fVUJ9AnzUC
Unfortunately a CSS code will not work.
