I have followed the directions from this thread / tagdiv staff but it doesn’t work.
When I hover over my banner ad I can see the URL come up in my web browser and it shows “www.agentinsider.com.au/www.agentsocial.com.au”
“wwww.agentsocial.com.au” is the website I am trying to make the banner ad link to but for some reason Newspaper theme thinks that URL is a category or something within the wwww.agentINSIDER.com.au website.
How do I make it stop going down that path and actually open the intended hyperlink.
Current:
<div class=”td-all-devices”>
</div>
This goes to:
http://www.agentinsider.com.au/www.agentsocial.com.au
I want it to open a new window with just “www.agentsocial.com.au”
PS I always tick the “Notify me of follow-up replies via email in these forums and it never sends me an email.
Hello as,
I have tried to create a custom ad based on your image and link and it seems to work as expected. Please try using the following code and place it in your Header Ads area, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/a0Zb6PZHcJAC and the result you will see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/RWgIjbfu
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Thank you but still having the exact same issue.
I am using this code:
<div class=”td-all-devices”>
</div>
and have tried the same but with no spaces (hard to tell from your screenshot if there is a space or not:
<div class=”td-all-devices”>
</div>
Both have the same issue as forcing it to link within the site and not going to an external site.
This is what it looks like when I change to your code and hover my mouse over the banner ad: https://prnt.sc/fzm35q
Any ideas?
Thank you

Showing code I am using… looks to be the same as yours but getting a different result?
Thank you 🙂 🙂
