custom ad not working

I tried to add custom ad but it is not appeared on the site. I saved the custom ad 1 in the widget area, and used the code on theme panel option “ad”. Everything is done as document but my ad doesnt appear on the website. Pls check it.

Hope I get the solution.

If I am misunderstanding the problem, it would be very helpful if you could mention where exactly is the ad not displayed.
