I’m currently using the Bottom Ad space for a widget (zerg) placement but would like to place this code undernearth the social bar and above previous / next post.
I would rather use a Custom ad spot but i can’t figure out where to put the code or what code to use.
Example is here. Currently the bottom ad space is appearing above the NextPage / Previous page spot which i needs to be below.

OK scratch this, managed to move it using loop-single.php but is there a way I can give it a title like that of ‘Similar Articles’?

If you want to add a title you can add it via HTML like this:
<h4 class="block-title">
<span>my title here</span>
