Is there a way to have the Custom Ads (1-5) have the same AFTER PARAGRAPH settings as the Inline Ad zone so that I could put a custom ad within the body of the text?
For example, I set Inline Ad to show after 1 paragraph, I’d like Custom Ad 1 to show after paragraph 3, etc.

I think float option and position settings should add to custom ads.
I use Adinserter plugin, it is very usefull and has many customization settings. But I don’t want use plugin but theme’s internal ad system is not enought for me.

The theme was designed to add only one article inline ad in post content using the spot from theme panel. To add multiple ads after a specific number of paragraphs, you need additional customization for the ads system. Those customizations involve custom work and unfortunately we cannot offer it for the moment as we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support. If you need this my advice is to look for a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/ if you don’t know how to do it yourself.
