Custom Ads – Header and Sidebar

I really like the Advertisement Banners placed around the website. I am looking to have them on a loop rather than using AdSense right now because I don’t have that setup.

Is it possible to have the current advertisements on a 3-4 second loop?

Do I use a Custom Ads Widget?
