Custom Ads help page blank

Hi all,

first I’d like to say a big thank you to all the tagdiv team – v6 looks like it has a fantastic set of new features and the theme looks even more customisable, which is saying something!

I have a small problem of DFP ads showing up in my articles even though I’ve selected the hide boxes for all of them. I presume this is because they are non-adsense ads, but when I click on the link in each ad box that says ‘To add non adsense responsive ads,
click here (last paragraph)’ the page it takes me to is blank. Can you please sort this out 🙂

yes I do and have disabled it on that page – now it’s all working 🙂

Strange that it stops the whole page loading though – normally it just stops any particular ad.

Hi Alin,

have read through all the documentation but none of it really applies to my issue.

We use Google’s Doubleclick for Publishers for serving our ads and when using v4 of the theme I was able to use the ad slots meant for AdSense to show the DFP slots in the same positions – I simply included the DFP invocation scripts in the head and everything worked fine, including the ability to turn ad positions on and off.

Since upgrading, the ads are still working as they should but if I disable an ad slot on all devices (say the top of content one) the ad is still showing.

I realise that you designed the theme to use AdSense and not DFP, but has a lot changed on the ads part of the theme for this to stop working?

Muchas gracias por aportar una solución ya que lo que necesito es utilizar estos espacios para anuncios personalizados (no adsecense).
