Hi,
I have added some custom CSS through Theme panel. These are not reflected in the code.
I have created a child theme as per instructions present in the tutorials.
I am using WP total cache plugin and have already cleared cache.

Hi,
If your custom code is valid, it should apply regardless of how it is used. Either by the theme panel custom code sections, or through a child theme. Please provide some examples of the code you are using.
