When I set the padding-bottom CSS of the Slide, this setting is shown in the back end, but on the front it does not display correctly.
Can you help me please?

Hi,
The padding will be set, but it will not have any effect

There is nothing to display in that space created by the padding. The slide module uses a predefined thumbnail size

And all the meta information displayed is according to this size. This is how the slide displays in different layouts
