I have to use dozens of images in each post. Its very uncomfortable to set manually “Link to” – “Full size” – “Link to” for each image (see screenshots below).
How to make options “Link to” with “Media file” and “Image size” with “Full size” by default? I need this feature to save time during writing long posts with dozens of pictures.

Please notice that the option that are you using are Gutenberg options not Newspaper, you can use the classic editor ->https://www.screencast.com/t/10ykwrBK you need to make the setting just once, after that when you add the next images, those will have this settings made until you make some changes again -> https://www.screencast.com/t/wusuJYerp3q

In first post all images have option with Image dropdown list. Its Ok, but only if post have few images.
The second post have dropdown list too for first around 20-25 images. I noticed that only for around 20-25 first images in post this Image dropdown list available. For other images this option wont be avaliable. But why?

If you want to have this option you need to use classic editor, and first time when you change the settings for image this will remain change until you change theme again.
Also please note that not all image have the same size.
From I can see in your video you are using the Gutenberg editor but you are not use the classic element insert in Gutenberg to make this settings

Yes, I dont use classic editor due I save so much time for each image due drag and drop feature. If I will be use classic editor for each image i need to spent around hour of additional time. Its bad for me.
Is it possible to modify all images in each post simultaneously to fix the issue?

Unfortunately I this are the Gutenberg settings -> https://gogutenberg.com/blocks/image/ and our theme do not change anything to them, sorry.
