Hello,
is it possible to creat a review through ninja forms / gravity forms or change the pagetemplate (standard, video, link etc)?
Or maybe get the link for videothumbnail with a frontend form?

Hi,
I don’t have any experience with those plugins. You can try although if you have developing skills or hire a freelancer to do this job for you.
