Custom font issue, slow website and doesn’t show preview on social media

The website became very slow and the social share preview was working fine, suddenly stopped showing any preview when a post is shared.
I am trying to use custom font but I’m not being able to use it. Please fix my issues.

Hello,

Please provide more details about your issue with the fonts and social sharing.
You can upload the font to the theme panel under “custom fonts” by following the instructions at https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/.
Also, you can define the fonts for phones here in the manager https://i.imgur.com/KwENpmk.png
Also, I did a test and the share works https://i.imgur.com/CUJMaCA.png

Hi, I have followed all the steps and tried uploading the font, but it doesn’t work and the share option is now working fine.

Can you please provide a video with your steps? Also, what format do you have? Is it WOFF format?
