You can add the banner on mobile header using the ad box, set a row in header and in it add the ad box -> https://i.imgur.com/vRcWtb5.png
If you want to add a background you can do it on row in css zone -> https://i.imgur.com/gvFh2gt.png or if this is transparent you can add it on zone -> https://i.imgur.com/kP2mvqE.png
The usually the ads size can be get from them panel -> there you can see all the size that you can use -> https://i.imgur.com/OQ8aPud.png also you can check this guide from here -> https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-affiliate/popular-affiliate-banner-image-ad-dimensions and there are more other guide on google.
As I explain above, you need to set the header ad on mobile, as you can see on mobile you have a different header not the one form desktop.
Sometimes you can use the width or menu from here -> https://i.imgur.com/Zdhfiue.png but most of the time you need to check the column size where the menu is set, if this is like in may case (full row) -> https://i.imgur.com/5m23mvj.jpg then you can use the option mentioned above, if is set in 2-3 columns then you need to increase the column width -> https://i.imgur.com/Ksz6xqz.jpg (note that when you increase a column you must decrease the rest of them).

it’s strange -when I clicked to MegaMenu row Blue color was not shown. it shows me whine only. That’s why I searched Blue color swatch in this section and didn’t find.

1. This can differ per header menu layout that you are using.
2. For me the translation from theme panel is apply https://i.imgur.com/MqyyjHg.png -> https://i.imgur.com/OdnVYbp.png just make sure that you cleared all cache.

If you are using a cloud header you can make the menu sticky from website manager -> https://i.imgur.com/Wxw7fVm.jpg if you are using a standard header style, use the settings from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/Kes35H4.png
For ads, as long you use the responsive version, the settings made with tagDiv Composer will work -> https://i.imgur.com/uhF328t.png also on this https://prnt.sc/u3hx8byou have set the ad only on mobile menu that is different form the rest of theme, therefore there is no need to extra html tags.
As for amp that is because you try to enable it on cloud template, this will be enable on post, pages and other settings that you can check here -> https://i.imgur.com/h55QHdp.png (but for the moment the cloud templates can not be use as amp, for the moment is use the mobile theme for amp).

Unfortunatly, in Mobile version I couldn’t center banner by those options – https://prnt.sc/u6freu
It couldn’t set center, that’s why I had to move it padding-left. 🙁
