Custom Hebrew Fonts

Hi,
I’m trying to load a custom Hebrew font for a few days now with no success.
I tried using a Google font and I also tried uploading a custom font.
I had WP Google fonts plugin, and I disabled it thinking it might create the problem but still – no success.
When using the Google fonts method on the theme panel I could see under the “inspect Element” on Firefox that the font allegedly was loaded, but it didn’t show and the text was shown under the default Hebrew web font.
Any clue for solving this problem will be appreciated.
