Current structure of menu does not allow you to place images there and to achieve the desired result you will need some customization in theme’s core files. This task involve many changes in order to be achieved and unfortunately I can’t provide a solution at the moment.
If you really need this and you’re not aware of the steps that must be taken my advice is to look for someone who can help you with implementation or hire a developer to do it for you.
