Hi,

I would like to ask if you can help me in adding custom url link for post image. I disabled general modal image and featured image lighbox in theme panel settings. After that, on the picture, I turned off modal image option and a I added my custom url, but the images are still showing only in lightbox mode.

Thanks

Hello,

You will have to disable the lighbox view for the post featured image from here:

The link however will have to be added custom because all the theme featured images share the same function and the link is applied to all images at once through the theme code. There is no simple way of having featured images linking to a preferred url. You will be better of not showing the featured image on the post using post style 5 and then adding a top image through the media library where you can place a custom url at the image link.

Thank you!

Hello,

thanks for your reply, but I didn’t mean featured images. Only I want to do is to add usual image through the media library to my post and link this image to custom url. I will set modal image to off and url to custom, but the problem is, that it’s not working and after clicking to this image is still showing up only lightbox.

Hello,

Please check the theme panel and see if you have the general modal image active and disable it: https://www.screencast.com/t/KBMFBgZgOy

Thank you!

Hi,

as I said in first post, I disabled general modal image option in theme panel, but nothing changed. Post images with custom url are still showing through lightbox. How can I fix it?

Thank you.
