We have a custom ad on mobile gomerblog.com using the div class functions from your manual. It places it after the 4th paragraph on our posts. The ad displays correctly, but the 2 paragraphs below the ad have no spacing between them and they run together. Any ideas on how to fix it?

You need to remove the custom ads div’s because for adsense these are not required. You simply place the adsense code and then use the sliders to disable the ad on the viewport you chose: http://screencast.com/t/Jvo7GdouKNkE
The div’s provided were for other ads than adsese.

We are using an Adprime ad with a backup adsense ad in our inline ad after the 4th paragraph. Our question is, how do we get a non adsense inline ad to not run paragraph 5 and 6 together. If i turn the ad off, the spacing between paragraphs is normal. This problem only appears on mobile when using a non adsence inline ad on the theme module.

Please try this demo ad code and see if it still stacks the paragraphs together:
<div class="td-all-devices"><a href="#"><img src="IMAGE PATH HERE"/></a></div>
(You can use a 300×250 image for testing).
Then you can place your ad code inside the div and check if it still affects your paragraphs.
