In the theme panel I have placed my own javascript in the Custom Javascript section.
In which file .js file will this be written? I can not see this javascript been loaded.
What is the best way to put your own javascript en been minified with bootstrap?

Hi,
Please paste your code in Theme Panel > Custom Javascript section without script tags, these are added automatically by the theme. Also if you want to place the code in the file you can add it to the footer or in the header depending when you want to be loaded.
