The jawa scripts placed in custom section of custom code section, where do they get injected. Please give a few examples of its main uses.

Hi,
The custom code will be loaded in the footer. Depending on what is required, if you have custom code you could enter it in the provided sections in the theme panel. There is no tutorial I can provide for the custom code sections or documentation, at the moment.
