Custom module for fact-checking purpose

Hello lovely die-hard Tagdiv team,

I was curious about the possibility of developing a “true, undecided, false” module for fact-checking articles, similar to Snopes. There exists a module for reviews, and I am pondering whether I can create a custom one?

I forgot something to add, when selecting true it must show a green ok icon, undecided another icon, and false a red cross icon.

Mission accomplished but i had to do it with functions.php coding and an extra line to create a shortcode and css because custom module is not displaying images. I even tried forcing it with functions.php.
