Is there any way we can add our own code in the More Article Box?
We use YARPP as related posts and I would like to call from More Article Box.
I hope I do not need to touch the theme files and create on the child theme or functions.

You can find and make changes to the code for more article box from td_more_article_box.php file http://screencast.com/t/wTrOmGVv5nBg
Unfortunately this file can’t be modifyed via child-theme.

I am really liking the Newspaper theme. Thank you for the hard work. But I have a suggestion for the Read More box.
It would be nice to have an option to add php/html as well, or replace the Read More function, for example, I would like to inserta a subscription form there, before the user leaves the site or call any other related post as YARPP.

I second this – it would add a lot of value to have a subscribe to email newsletter box here, with mailchimp compatibility.
That is exactly what I though.
It would be nice to have the More Article Box activated based on:
– if user is logged in or not
– if is_post or any other post_type
– activated by category or tag
Question: if someone sponsors the development of this piece, would you add it to your next update? My main concern is start to customize the parent theme and lose the work in the future.

Thanks for your suggestion, we will talk and think about this, if more people ask for this we will add it in our future updates, meanwhile you can try to customize for yourself the More Article Box as you like.
Is a little difficult to be done to work generally with all combinations, much easier to be customized individual/request/needs.
