I have some questions regarding page templates.
1. Is there a blank page template that I can use? So I can just insert my needed Code in there
2. Is there a way to insert php-code into a page? I tried with normal editor but that didn’t work.

1. For blank template, just use the Pagebuilder+ Empty page -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
If you have the last version of the Newspaper (v9.5) then the empty page was removed, but you can sue it; If you require it, you can download it from here – http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/page-empty.zip
Place it in the main theme folder, upload it by FTP for example

Then select it for the pages you want. The footer will be removed and the header can be disabled
