I have created some custom post types to better personalize my website.
Sadly your built-in search shows those CPTs into the search result page but I only want it to search for articles throughout the website, without CPTs included.
How can I solve this?

Our theme uses the default search from Wp. The only custom search is the live search that appears without pressing the search button after you type the keyword. Is your cpt appearing in the livbe search or it appears on the search page after pressing the button?

Items appearing inside the live search are only articles but when I click on “All the results” (located below those articles list) it sends me to the search results page but in here I can see CPTs too.
The results page is handled by wordpress so if you want to change the resutls provided there, ypou will have to customize wordpress itself not the theme. Sorry, b8ut I can;t provide a solution for this. You will have to search through teh wp forums or find a plugin that can filter the search results.
