Hello,
Please update the theme to the latest version, 12.6.9, because there was an issue with the Firefox browser.
Also, please provide some screenshots.

In the above screenshot, “Column Text” is not visible. However in other domain it is visible: https://prnt.sc/rrBv1jMpmz34
Same browser and same Newspaper theme version
