Hello,
I insert my custom shortcode into column text and appears fine. However, when I go to edit again the page via builder, the shortcode is replaced with the static html that has been created from the shortcode in previous update. The result is to not have a functional/dynamic shortcode. Any advice? Thanks for your time.

There was an issue like you are describing in previous versions, we provided a fix for it

The theme update 9.2 contains this fix however – https://www.screencast.com/t/ASQS5huihd7E
So for theme versions starting from that version there should be no such problem anymore.
