Custom Sidebar

Hi,
The category “VALORES” don’t show the custom sidebar “EDP” that I’ve created, even after I changed in Theme Pannel -> Category, select the category “VALORES” and change it in the “CUSTOM SIDEBAR + POSITION”.
I don’t know if it helps but the first categories (the ones on the top of the list) assume the selected sidebars, but the last ones no.

Hi,

I have check this using the latest theme version(4.5) and found no issue with the categories settings from theme panel.
Please make sure you use the latest theme version (4.5) as we had some issue with this in previous theme versions which we have fixed, if not please update your theme.

I have the 4.1 version however I can’t update the template because there’s a lot of custom work that I’ve made.
Theres any way I can solve this issue without update the template version?

Hi,

Please make sure that your theme panel changes do apply as this may happen if the settings are not saved and you have to increase the max_input_vars = 1000; value inside the php.ini file to max_input_vars = 5000;.
If you don’t have access to the php.ini file please contact the host administrator and let him know about this issue.
