Custom sidebars keep losing [tagDiv] Block 16

I have purchased and installed the Newsmag WordPress theme, which I am using and love. The only problem is that the sidebars that I create using [tagDiv] Block 16 keep disappearing. I have re-set them numerous times and they will stay visible and functioning for a certain period of time, but then [tagDiv] Block 16 will vanish from it. I am wondering if I am missing something in the setting up or saving of these sidebars.

Thanks for your help. I have now installed the latest version of the theme, so I will see if this helps with the problem.

The problem that I described before has re-occurred. It happens that whenever I create a new custom sidebar using [tagDiv] Block 16, the ones that I have created previously are then no longer shown. I find that they all my [tagDiv] Block 16 been moved to the Inactive Widgets column on the Widgets page. Do you have any suggestions for how I can prevent this from happening, as I would prefer to not to re-create all of my existing sidebars every time I create a new one.
