Currently instead of using standard slider of theme, I am trying to add custom slider.
But there is a problem that all the other sliders at homepage are conflicting with that and does not work.
How could I solve this problem?

Please provide more details to how you created the custom slider and how you implemented it. Also provide a link to your website so we can inspect the issue.
