Hi. Is there a chance that in your Theme (Newspag or Newspaper) you will be able to easily implement support for filtering data in blocks on my custom taxonomies in child themes?

Blocks have filtering options by categories only, or by custom post type. But not by taxonomies. This would require modifications in the main theme files and probably a lot of work. These theme elements are not meant to have this filtering, I could not say what needs to be done to achieve a taxonomy filter using theme blocks. Sorry if this is an inconvenience for you.

Have same questions. I use theme block (Block 9) to show CPT “jobs”, but I would like to also filter this posts by custom taxonomy “industry”.
In Block 9 Settings > Filter, I can see “filter type”, but nor Categories, nor Tags works for me. I enter my custom taxonomies ids into “show the following IDs” field, but it doesn’t work.

Sorry but our theme blocks do not work with custom taxonomies and there is no simple solution we can provide in this regard.
