Custom titles on blocks has disappear???

Hello, the custom titles have disappeared in the cover of all our webs, for example https://www.diarioelectronicohoy.com/

Thanks so much. It happens in all our 11 webs, in four different servers. I don’t change anything in the covers, it’s the same in the 11 webs, just different cats. 🙁
