This theme does have the product review option but cant the readers also just RATE the post like the author does.

Our theme has the option with Reviews but this can do it only by the author. You can set it from WP panel editor, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/NrZxUuynV Unfortunately, you should search any plugin with this functionality and see how it works for you.
