I would like to use the featured video feature and it is stated that I should use Featured Video only on:
Post Style Default
Post Style 1
Post Style 2
Post Style 9
Post Style 10
Post Style 11
May I know if it is possible to customize the above templates then? If yes, please advise how I can do it because it seems that I am unable to ‘edit with tagdiv composer’ for those templates.

Is it possible that I design using one of the custom cloud templates then modify to include the featured video feature instead? Would it be easier?

Yes, for cloud templates is more easy. You can simply use the single post featured image element which automatically displays a featured video if you have one.
