Hi
I want to customize the data source of the related articles box. What should I change to reuse one of the modules layout to access a custom php code that returns a specific set of wp_posts?

Hello adibiase,
If you want to customize the related articles feature which appears for each post page at the very bottom of it, you should edit the theme core file which is named td_block_related_posts.php core file. Notice that is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide additional customizations at the moment, sorry!
