Hi. Is there a way to customize the “authors box” (I mean the authors list block, not the single author box for each post)?
Like changing thumbnail size and, inline align and simple tweaks like those.

Unfortunately, for that element we don’t have more settings, just the ones which can find in the element’s settings.
